Hours and contribution rates must be remitted on a monthly basis. Please send the remittance for the previous monthís hours to the member service centre by the 10th of the following month so that plan membersí coverage can be updated correctly.
Hour remittances should include the following information: employer name, month hours are being reported for, employer contact name, employer contact phone number, employee name, social insurance number, hours worked during the month, special status or notes (vacation, disability, termination, etc). Contribution payments should be submitted via cheque. Separate cheques should be submitted for health care and pension contributions.
Please submit the hour remittance form via email or regular mail. Cheques should be sent via regular mail.
